Information you choose to provide
PMO360 collects information you submit through the contact form, newsletter subscription form and Talent Network form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, organization, service interest, professional profile and message.
Form processing
Website forms are submitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service. Web3Forms processes the submitted information so it can be delivered to PMO360. Do not submit confidential, privileged, health, financial or government-protected information through these forms.
How submitted information is used
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential assignments.
- To manage voluntary subscriptions to the PMO360 Brief.
- To review Talent Network expressions of interest and contact people where a suitable opportunity may arise.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
Browser storage
The site uses browser local storage to remember your privacy-notice choice. The Project Kickoff Checklist may also save checklist progress locally on your device. This information is stored in your browser and is not sent to PMO360 by the checklist.
Interactive tools and downloads
The Project Health Check, Project Kickoff Checklist and PM Rate Calculator run in the browser. Template files can be downloaded directly without providing an email address. PMO360 does not receive the content you enter into these tools unless a page explicitly asks you to submit it through a form.
Analytics and advertising
The current website does not load advertising trackers or behavioural advertising tools. If analytics are introduced, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.
External services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may display images hosted by third-party image providers. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
Retention and access
PMO360 retains submitted information only for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage the relevant relationship, maintain the subscription list or meet legal and business-record obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing team@pmo360.ca. Newsletter subscribers may also ask to unsubscribe at any time.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
